Return and Exchange Period:
Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unopened, and with the original packaging.
The product must be shipped in the same store box to maintain its quality during transportation.
Non-Returnable Products:
Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
Perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened or used.
Products purchased during sales and discounts unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges:
A fee of 30
is paid for returning the order.
In case of a store error or receiving a damaged product, the store bears all costs of return and exchange.
Refund Duration:
The refunded amount is transferred within 2-7 working days from the date of receiving, inspecting, and confirming the condition of the returned product.

If the order is within Jeddah:
A courier will be sent to pick up the product.
If the order is outside Jeddah:
A return shipping label will be issued, and the customer must print it and bring it to the nearest Aramex branch.
After the product arrives and its condition is verified, the return or exchange process will be completed within 2-7 working days.
Returning or Exchanging Damaged Products:
You can exchange or return damaged products within 14 days of purchase.
The product must be in its original condition and unopened packaging.
The request will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product.
The amount will be refunded or the product replaced without any additional charges if the product is damaged or has a store error.
Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting customer service.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but it can be returned according to the return policy.
If the order is not received after shipping, the cash on delivery option may be suspended in the future.
